The India House Club is located in its own landmark building in Hanover Square. All the attractions of the historic downtown financial district, including the New York Stock Exchange, World Financial Center, South Street Seaport, Battery Park and the Federal Reserve Bank are just a few short blocks away. India House is open to members from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. Monday through Friday.
Membership Network
Network and build relationships with an influential membership, which includes professionals from various industries including Financial, Legal and Insurance services.
Exclusive Social Events
Membership gives you access to a wide selection of programs and events arranged exclusively for members and their guests throughout the year. Events include social mixers, wine and liquor tastings, book signings, lectures and panels with distinguished guests, and the annual holiday party.
Fine Dining
Lunch is served in the club's elegant dining room overlooking Hanover Square Monday through Friday from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. In addition to luncheon service, the Blue Bar is open from 4 to 10 p.m. Monday through Friday where members may charge food and beverages to their account. Members receive a 20% discount on posted prices.
Resources
The Willard Straight Members Lounge offers complimentary coffee and tea service Monday through Friday; the perfect setting for quiet conversation and relaxation. In addition, with access to free Wi-Fi, a computer and printer, the lounge is ideal for when you prefer to work away from the office or home. Food and beverages can be served to members in the Straight Lounge from 4 p.m. onwards. Members, by prior arrangement, can also have dinner served in the Straight Lounge. Members booking private family events (as opposed to corporate events) will not have to pay the 20% administration fee charged on booked events.
Reciprocal Relationships
Membership at India House provides reciprocal relationships with over 100 private clubs in the United States, as well as around the world. Members are welcome to visit and use any of our reciprocal club's facilities for dining and overnight accommodations.
